1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo county Precinct No. 4's proposed budget and program amendment for fiscal years 28 & 29 (2015 & 2016).

2. Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 for fiscal years 28 & 29. (2015 & 2016). Amendment will delete two Street Improvements (street Lighting) projects and the Substance Abuse Services line items and add funding to the Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Project for Brewster Park. 

A Public Hearing was held on March 21, 2017 at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. Budget & Program Amendment will Delete the two street improvements projects (street lighting) and the Substance Abuse Services to A Vision For You, and add the funding into the Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Project which includes the purchase of additional park equipment for Sunflower Park and the complete development of Brewster Park in the Linn/San Manuel area, located within Precinct No. 4 boundaries.
