BACKGROUND
Guzman Insurance Agency has been a limited-service authorized agent for Hidalgo County since 1998 with a location in the city of Pharr. The Tax Assessor-Collector is updating the existing contract to reflect changes by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles to the Texas Administrative Code.
