The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of Donna. The proposed amendment is for the Fiscal Year 29 (2016) Work Plan.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at the Donna City Hall and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Donna approved the amendment as proposed for funding Year 29 (2016). Funding from cancelled Public Facility Improvements will be utilized for the already approved, 2016 Fire Station Equipment Project. See attached copy of Public Hearing Notice, Sign In Sheet, City Excerpts of Meeting Minutes and Letter of request for approval from the City of Donna.
