BACKGROUND
The purpose of TLEIUA is to develop working relationships between law enforcement agencies; exchange intelligence information on organized criminal activity among member agencies, Federal Agencies and police agencies in neighboring states; facilitate investigation and prosecution of those involved in orgainzed crime and work for the profesionalization of law enforcement through training and education.
