Requesting approval of a program amendment for the City of La Villa FY’s 26 & 29 (2013 & 2016) work plans. Fiscal year 2013: will modify the current scope of work of a 100,000 gallon elevated water storage tank to a 200,000 gallon. Fiscal year 2016: will delete the current scope of work and add the construction of a 200,000 gallon elevated water storage tank.

A Public Hearing was held on May 10, 2017 at 6:15 p.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of La Villa approved the program amendment for its FY’s 26 & 29 (2013 & 2016):

FYs 26 (2013)

Modify the current scope of work which consists of: the construction of a 100,000 gallon elevated water storage tank to a 200,000 gallon elevated water storage tank. This project was previously environmentally cleared in FY 2014 & 2015.


FY 29 (2016)
Delete the following scope of work: Project will consist of the upgrade to the main lift station, reroute force main and manholes (from brick to a liner system) located throughout the city and;

Add the construction of a 200,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, which will also include High Service Pumps, piping, connectivity and inclusion to the existing SCADA system. Other expenditures include professional engineering service fees, geo-technical and construction material testing and any related appurtenances as it pertains to the project completion. This project was previously environmentally cleared in FY 2014 & 2015.
