Subject to HB 1295 Compliance, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with RG Enterprises, LLC dba G&G Contractors for the City of Granjeno "2016 Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements" project in the amount of $149,000.00 for UCP Fiscal Years 20 ,28 & 29 (2007, 2015 & 2016); City of Granjeno -Parks, Recreational Facility Improvement funds will be utilized.

The bid opening was held on May 24, 2017 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was RG Enterprises, LLC dba G&G Contractors. Project consists of Phase II for completion of the city park improvements. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineering firm is Hinojosa Engineering, Inc.
