BACKGROUND
Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on May 24, 2017. Project architect recommends that the bids be rejected, and that the Urban County Program re-bid this project. See attached recommendation letter from ROFA Architects, and concurrence letter from the City of Donna.
