Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with NM Contracting, LLC in the amount of $604,100.00 UCP Fiscal Year 29 (2016) City of Donna –Fire Station/Equipment funds and City of Donna General Funds will be utilized.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on August 2, 2017 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was NM Contracting, LLC. Project consists of improvements to the Donna Fire Station. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project architect and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project architect firm is ROFA Architects.
