Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for the City of Edcouch - Urban County Program FY 27 (2014) work plans. The amendment will decrease the street improvements line item and create a parks, recreational facilities project for the purchase and installation of park equipment.

A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at7:00 P.M. and citizen participation requirements has been met. In addition, the City of Edcouch approved the budget and program amendment for Fiscal Year 27 (2014), to decrease the street improvements line item and create a park, recreational facilities project. The amendment will also add the following scope of work: the purchase and installation of park equipment to include but not limited to canopies, picnic tables, grills and all related appurtenances, etc. This project has been environmentally cleared in FY 28 (2015).
