Requesting authority to enter into a 12 month Service Agreement with RSP Business Solutions for the design and development of a website for the Office of the Criminal District Attorney for a one-time (1) down payment fee of $5,375; maintenance of said website will be billed monthly at a rate of $350.

BACKGROUND

1.  Purchase to be made under Open Market through requisition number 360437 in the total amount of $6,075, which includes the one-time (1) of $5,375 and monthly fees of $350 for the months of November and December 2017;

2.  AS PER COMMODITY CODE REPORT DATED 10/24/2017
915-96    $0.00    WEB PAGE DESIGN AND/OR MANAGEMENT SERVICES;

3.  Quotes were obtained and evaluated by DA staff to determine responsible vendor with lowest and best bid.
