BACKGROUND
We have new officers taking over HCLS for the next two years. Their term will be from January 2018-December 2020. Our President will be Kathleen Horan from the McAllen Public Library System, our Vice-President is Yenni Espinoza from the Penitas Library, and our Secretary is Mayra Rocha from the Speer Memorial Library in Mission. We would also like to get on your agenda in order to introduce the new officers. Please let me know what you need from us in order to do so and when the best date for this would be.
