The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a budget & program amendment for the City of Peñitas. The proposed amendment is for the Fiscal Years 25, 26, 28 & 29 (2012, 2013, 2015 & 2016) Work Plans.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at the Peñitas Public Library and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Peñitas approved the budget and program amendment as proposed for funding Years 25, 26, 28 & 29 (2012, 2013, 2015 & 2016). Surplus funding from the Street Improvement line item and the deletion of the Sidewalks line item will allow for the inclusion of Tom Gill for Street Improvements.
