BACKGROUND
Approval to de-obligate and re-appropriate partial Local Match. This will revise the required Local Match (20%) by reducing the "In-Kind" match from $72,489.21 to $61,106.50 and increase "Cash Match" from $72,336.48 to $83,719.19.
This adjustment will not increase or decrease the amount of the grant nor the Local Match percentage.
Approval of Budget Adjustment for this current de-obligation/re-appropriation was done thru #AI-63013, December 19, 2017.
