IV. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to amend Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) distribution model.

V. Discussion, consideration, and possible action to adopt the updated Fiscal Policies and Procedures.

VI. Discussion and possible action to call election and set polling sites for Saturday March 17, 2018 for District III Representative of Low Income Individuals.

VII. Discussion and possible selection of possible vacancies:

B. Private Interest Group

VIII. Discussion and recommendation to accept donation of 29 space heaters from Entravision Communications with an approximate value of $1,084.43.  Heaters will be distributed by Hidalgo County Community Service Agency as per program guidelines.

IX. Discussion regarding 2018 Community Needs Assessment planning and developing workgroup.

X. Discussion regarding the donation from the City of Alton in the amount of $2,500 for the benefit of the volunteers enrolled in the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) sponsored by the Hidalgo County Community Service Agency.  Authorization to allocate funds in the amount of $2,500 to CSA RSVP local fund.

XI. Executive Director’s Report
A. Processing applications at Adult Day Care as of February 5, 2018.
B. Present client survey results for January 2018.
C. Provide board members programmatic reports for the month of January 2018 for current programs.
D. 2017 CSBG Organizational Standards Field Assessment Guide final review results 
E. Training for Community Needs Assessment/Strategic Plan and new Annual Reports/NPIs Feb. 12th -14th in Corpus Christi.
F. TACAA Planning and Board Meeting February 22nd -23rd in San Antonio.
