3.  Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of
                                                         for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Year 30 (2017) La Joya Street Improvements project.

Project consists of funding for the paving (overlay) of streets to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity, and professional engineering services, geotechnical, material testing fees, and all related appurtenances,  etc.  Location:  1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th Streets (From Alex Avenue to Leo Avenue), Garza Street (from Expressway 83 to 8^th Street), and King Street (from Expressway 83 to 6^th Street), La Joya, TX 78560.
