The invoices in question by Elite Transportation are for two bodies transported from scene to Ceballos Funeral home which did not have an Authorization for Medicolegal Examination (JP orders) form. As per Juan from Elite, the JP did not issue an order as the request for autopsy was cancelled after he had picked up and transported the bodies. Auditors Office has declined to pay the vendor for these services. As per the contract in place at the time, JP orders are required for payment.
