a).  Proposing a bore 16" PVC casing from centerline Mile 22.5 go South 70 feet. Will bore on Carmen Avila from east to west and install an 8" waterline.
b).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 22.5 go South 270 feet. Will bore on Carmen Avila from east to west and install a 3/4" waterline.
c).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 22.5 go South 300 feet. Will bore on Carmen Avila from east to west and install a 3/4" waterline.

a).  Proposing a bore 16" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 50 feet.  Will install an 8" waterline bore on Mile 20N from South to North.
b).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 290 feet.  Will install an 3/4" water service bore on
Mile 20N from South to North.
c).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing form centerline Mile 5.5W go East 490 feet.  Will install a 1" water service bore on Mile 20N from South to North.
d).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 690 feet.  Will install a 1" water service bore on Mile 20N from South to North.
e).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 890 feet.  Will install a 1" water service on Mile 20N from South to North. 
f).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 1090 feet.  Will install a 1" water service bore on Mile 20N from South to North.
g).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 1290 feet.  Will install a 1" water service on Mile 20N from South to North.
h).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 1490 feet.  Will install a 1" water service bore on
Mile 20N from South to North.
i).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 1680 feet.  Will install a 1" water service on Mile 20N from South to North. 
j).  Proposing a bore 2" PVC casing from centerline Mile 5.5W go East 1880 feet.  Will install a 1" water service bore on Mile 20N from South to North. 
4. B & J Air & Pump, LTD./ Merit Energy Company: McCook, TX; PCT 3
a).  Start out west of FM 2058 on the south side of South Mile 14 Road & go west 285 linear feet & trench & cross 3" Waterline to the north side of South Mile 14 Road 35 feet then continue east crossing the county road 30 foot.  Then go 5,808 linear feet east to Eyhorn Road.  Go north 4,224 linear feet to County Road then back west going 1,056 linear feet then cross County Road north 30-foot road crossing. 
b).  Cross Eyhorn Road from West to East 40-foot crossing & continue west 2,940 linear feet to County Road.
