Approval of a “Sole Source Declaration” for Happy Software, an MRI Software Company, with authority to purchase Rehab Pro Direct solution; including subscription, licenses, technical support, hosting, upgrades, setup, and present, future accessories to be used by Urban County Program in the amount of $3,550.00; subject to compliance with HB 1295 [if and when applicable]. Rehab Pro Direct, an All-in-One solution for managing residential rehabilitation programs, is the only one to integrate with ZoomGrants.

3. Authorization to renew annual subscriptions, licensing and support services as needed.

MRI Software is the sole creator and distributor of Rehab Pro Direct. Rehab Pro Direct is specifically tailored to assist HUD CPD Programs ans State housing Improvement Programs with their Housing Rehabilitation on-site inspections, work write-ups, site visits, reports etc all from an Ipad.   It integrates with ZoomGrants and subscribing to both will allow the data received from the initial application, followed by the review and approval for funding to be seamlessly sent directly into the Housing Inspectors Rehab Pro Direct Account without having to manually enter the data.
