1. Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase AccuFund, a fund accounting software, from TLC Help, Inc. obtained through solicited quotes and demonstration of software functionality.  The breakdown is as follows:

AccFund Financial Software-5 Full Users, 10 Read-Only Users(Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Purchase Orders, Loan Tracking and more.	$15,035.00
1st Year Annual Software Maintenance	$ 4,030.00
Estimated Consulting Services-(Installation, Set-up, Configuration, Training, Pre-Sales consulting) Note: Data Conversion: General Ledger balances are included. Data conversion of history is not included but is available on an hourly basis at $185.00 per hour if needed.	$16,650.00
Total	$35,715.00

2. Approval to renew yearly software maintenance as long as the Urban County Program operates AccuFund and as long as the License Agreement, Terms & Conditions remain the same; continued software maintenance will be billed by AccuFund yearly.   

The Urban County Program solicited software demonstrations from various vendors and each software was evaluated based on price, functionality, features and customization.  The Urban County Program will not be renewing its contract with Blackbaud for the Financial Edge in September of 2018.  Current Expenditure for Commodity Code 92066 (Systems/Networks database administration services) equal $0.00 as of 4/6/2018.
