A. Discussion, consideration and approval to draw down funds for the Uniform Hospital Rate Increase Program in the amount to be determined by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) instructions from the Local Provider Participation Fund (LPPF) with an IGT transfer date of May 11, 2018 and settlement date of May 14, 2018.
B. Approval of Certification of Revenues as certified by the County Auditor from the LPPF in the amount to be determined by HHSC instructions.
C. Approval of 2018 appropriation of funds from the LPPF in the amount to be determined by HHSC.

Due to a delay in the processing of the UHRIP applications for the September 1, 2018 rollout of UHRIP, HHSC has updated the timeline in regards to the IGT notifications deadline.
Below are the anticipated dates associated with the upcoming UHRIP September 1, 2018 rollout:
