BACKGROUND

Creating slot #0145 to match the amount the position was advertised at ($27,000.00) since this position was advertised before the CCP effective date of 04/30/2018.  The amount being requested is the 2018 budgeted amount and will fall between steps (step 3.5 = round off to step 4). 

Also, requesting a position title change to slot # 0004 (dept# 080-017) to revert title to Intake Clerk.
