BACKGROUND
SAMES Inc. Submitted a best and final offer for Professional Engineering and Surveying Services to include Geo technical and Construction Material Testing as additional services for the GLO 2015 Floods Grant 18-271-000-A0923 Flood Drain Improvement Project. SAMES Inc. was the highest ranked firm by Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter. See attached negotiated contract and Work Authorization No. 1. The total Non-Housing GLO Grant is $4,583,581.00.
