3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ______________________________ for the provision of engineering services for an Urban County Program Year 30 (2017) Sullivan City Flood Drainage Improvements project.

Project consists of the construction of a swale/bar ditch and valley gutters, to include but not limited to the installation of driveway culvert pipes, safety ends, related street resurfacing improvements and replacement of existing driveways up to property line. Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, surveying, geotechnical and construction material testing fees, etc.  Location:  El Faro Road (from Expressway 83 to 4th Street), Sullivan City, TX 78595.
