BACKGROUND
The UCP has revised its Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program Policies and made revisions that serve to subsidize the funding gap to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Colonia Self-Help Center Program. The revised policies will take effect immediately.
