Subject to HB 1295 Compliance, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with GNH Company, LLC in the amount of $180,523.02. UCP Fiscal Years 27, 28 & 29 (2014, 2015 & 2016) Elsa-Street Improvement funds will be utilized.

BACKGROUND

The Urban County Program has requested and received bids for the City of Elsa – Street Improvements. CSJ Group prepared the specification packages and bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County – Purchasing Department on July 17, 2018.   After review the project engineer recommended GNH Company, LLC as the lowest of eight (8) qualified bidders. (See attached recommendation letter, bid tabulation sheet, contract, certificate of liability insurance and HB 1295 form).
