Discussion, consideration and action to designate public area where public sales of real property may occur, other than an area at the Courthouse, an approve Order as to same.
BACKGROUND
Currently held at the County Clerk Records Management Facility (Old Robert's Chevrolet building). Due to conditions of the construction of the new courthouse, it has become necessary to designate a temporary area for public sales of real property. The area designated would be the Administration Building located at 2802 S. Bus. Hwy 281 in Edinburg, TX 78539. (Under the canopy located on the west side of the building)
