Project consists of funding for the paving (overlay) of streets to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity, and professional engineering services, geotechnical, material testing fees, and all related appurtenances,  etc.    Location:  Havana Subdivision (All streets),  La Joya, TX 78560.
