The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a budget & program amendment for the City of Sullivan City. The proposed amendment is for the Fiscal Years 25, 27, 28 & 29 (2012, 2014, 2015 & 2016) Work Plans.
BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on August 28, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. at the Sullivan City Hall and a Special Meeting for approval was held on August 31, 2018 and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Sullivan City approved the budget and program amendment as proposed for funding Years 25, 27, 28 & 29 (2012, 2014, 2015 & 2016). Surplus funding from the Street Improvement, Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements, and Fire Stations/Equipment line items will be added to the existing 2017 Flood Drainage Improvements (El Faro Road). The 2016 funding will be expended for the ongoing 2016 Flood Drainage Improvements project (El Pinto Road).
