BACKGROUND
Requesting approval of the 2019 Sheriff/Constable Fee Schedule for the County of Hidalgo, pursuant to Local
Government Code 118.131. The fees will be effective January 01, 2019 and will be assessed and collected for
service or one (1) attempt of service. As per Local Government Code 118.131(d), fees are to be set by
Commissioners' Court before October 01, 2018.
