Authorization and approval for the use of the County's Justice Court Technology Fund for the purchase of equipment, software, maintenance, and support services for the County Constable office as an extension of their role in supporting the office of the Justice of the Peace and any other future related services.
2. Requesting authority to purchase the following hardware:

In the total amount of $9,552.99 thru Requisition 379220 through our membership/participation with TCPN R160201, and $5,332.12 thru Requisition 379212 through our membership/participation with Buy Board 524-17 to suit Hidalgo County Constable Pct. 5.
