Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for the City of Alamo FY’s 29 & 30 (2016 & 2017) work plans.

A Public Hearing was held on September 18, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Alamo approved the program amendment for its FY’s 29 & 30 (2016 & 2017):
 
FY 2016:
Decrease the Water/Sewer Improvements activity by $13,153.28, create a Street Improvements line item by $13,153.28 and add the following scope of work: the purchase of hot mix asphaltic materials in order for the city to overlay the streets within Highview and Regency Acres subdivisions.
 
 FY 2017:
Decrease the Water/Sewer Improvements by $46,246.72; delete the Other Public Services Boys & Girls Club of Alamo, TX by $30,000.00 to create a street improvements line item by $76,246.72 for the purchase of hot mix asphaltic materials in order for the city to overlay the streets within Highview S/D and Regency Acres S/D.
 
The proposed amendment will also add the following scope of work to the Water/Sewer Improvements project: The installation and upgrade of approximately 4,000 linear feet of 8” pvc waterlines to Alamo Oakwood, Johnson Trailer S/D and the surrounding qualified subdivisions within the same general vicinity, to include but not limited to water valves, fire hydrants, and any incidental cuts and replacement of existing asphalt.
