Hidalgo County Commissioner's Court approved authority to negotiate contract with the Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc. for the purpose of professional engineering services for the City of Weslaco Waterline Improvements Phase 3 project. See attached negotiated contract and Work Authroization No. 1.
