Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ___________________ for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Year 30 (2017) Granjeno Parks, Recreational Facility & Improvements (Phase III) project.

Project consists of the continued * development and construction of Granjeno Park-Phase III to include items not completed in Phase I & Phase II such as the reconstruction of the parking lot area, sidewalks to meet ADA Compliance, fencing around the perimeter of the park, a Veterans Memorial area to include flag poles, benches and memorial plaque, exercise equipment, and shade areas. Project will also include advertisements, professional service fees, material testing fees, and all related appurtenances, etc. Previously environmentally cleared in FY 2014.
