"Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, when and if Applicable." The Urban County Program is requesting the award of bids and the approval of contracts with R G Enterprises, LLC, dba G & G Contractors & A-One Insulation for the demolition and reconstruction of the following:
1. (5) Units in the Countywide area and (1) unit in the City of Mercedes in the total contract amount of $342,150.00 to R G Enterprises, LLC, dba G & G Contractors
2. (1) Unit in the City of San Juan and (1) unit in the City of Alamo in the total contract amount of $128,700.00 to A-One Insulation.

BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on October 9, 2018 & November 6, 2018. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.
