BACKGROUND
For Caption #1: Agenda item #AI-67719, This reallocation of funds did not increase or decrease the amount of the grant's total budget it only reallocated funds between the categorical budget:
a.) Due to personnel changes, employee #102148 was reassigned to grant effective December 10, 2018.
b.) Due to changes in fringe benefit rates adjustment was necessary for employee #212253 and #228249.
For Caption #2: Approval will not increase or decrease the amount of the grant, it will only reallocate funds within the DVSP categorical budget. Adjustment needed to accurately reflect salaries and fringes, for all current employees under this grant, on the OOG website.
Approval to accept grant #AI-66866 10/9/2018.
