BACKGROUND
Amendment No. 5 for GLO-DR Grant 12-406-000-6453 (a.k.a Dolly Round 2.1/DRS210068) consists of the final transfer of deobligated funds from GLO-DR Grant 12-589-000-6887 (a.k.a. Dolly Round 2.2/DRS220068).
All and any unutilized/deobligated funds ($296,397.46) from Round 2.2 are being transferred to Round 2.1 in Amendment No. 5 in order to cover shortfalls, ensure project completion and expend all available GLO grant funds.
