Through the inventory process and the department's yearly inventory inspections, the following item ( see Exhibit A) has not been located. The item was misplaced by employee Eric Sanchez, Chief Deputy Fire Marshal (see attached affidavit), therefore, the department is asking to remove this asset from our inventory.
