BACKGROUND
On August 14, 2018, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., for Professional Service- Construction Material Testing Services. Contract delay is due to budget restrictions. See attached Contract, Work Authorization, HB 1295 and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
