Requesting authorization and approval to purchase promotional items under Public Purpose" pursuant to the Tex.Const. Art.3, Sec.52 for, but not limited to, the following events:
  • Non-Profit Food Distribution Food Bank
  • Emergency Management's Dare to Prepare Event
  • Groundbreaking at Pueblo de Palmas for renovations

BACKGROUND

To include, but not limited to: pens, pencils, crayons, notebooks, school boxes, activity books, cinch bags, badge stickers, banners and table cloths.

All promotional items and supplies acquired will be through the County requisition and purchase order procedures with proper backup (proofs) and available funding for said expenditures.
