A. Approval for County to exercise the holdover provision under section 1.3 as provided in the contract for "Lease of Office Space - City of Mercedes" for Hidalgo County WIC Program under the same terms and conditions with Laura Salinas - E-18-121-04-17 so as to have no lapse in services while procurement process is completed.
B. Authority to advertise and approval of procurement packet (i.e., specifications/requirements, legal notice, draft lease agreement, etc.) as attached hereto for Hidalgo County WIC Program "Lease office Space-City of Mercedes"- RFB 2019-172-MEG, including the re-advertising of project, if and when required.
