BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on September 10, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., citizen participation requirements were met. The Urban County Program’s proposed substantial amendment to the Five (5) Year Consolidated Plans (2013-2017) and (2018-2022) the 2016 , 2017 and 2018 One Year Action Plans proposes to delete an activity, add activities, transfer funds, change funding sources, change goal outcome indicators, change quantities and change units of measures. Attached is Public Notice for review.
