BACKGROUND
Citizen Participation Plan dictates that the County hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments on the contents of it’s 2018 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report prior to submission to HUD. The Urban County Program published the public notice of the CAPER's completion and a fifteen (15) day comment period was held from August 22, 2019 to September 5, 2019.
