Requesting authority to enter into a Regional Insertion Order Agreement with approval to execute same with National CineMedia, LLC for the Hidalgo County Health & Human Services Department for : On Screen Regional segment advertisement "Theater Advertisement" through Requisition #403519 in the total amount of 16,000.00 for the purpose of providing Public Health Awareness Outreach Services as necessary to protect the health and safety of the residents of Hidalgo County.
