Approval to issue check to Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of $111,221.00 for the County's estimated share of direct state costs for environmental, right of way, engineering, and utilities for Hidalgo County Pct. 3 Liberty Blvd. (Mile 3 to FM 2221) Project, with authority for the County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.
