BACKGROUND
The UCP has redesigned its Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program Policies and made revisions that serve to strengthen program criteria. The revised policies will take effect immediately.
The revisions to the policy are as follows:

- Increase assistance cap to $75,000.00, due to rising housing construction cost;
- Adding 2 CFR 200 citations so that in-house policy reflects current applicable regulation changes; and
- The removal of the “Medical Necessity” with the Emergency Loan Program.
