Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Mor-Wil, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $1,195,327.83.  Texas General Land Office 2015 Flood grant funds will be utilized (#18-271-000-A923).

The Urban County Program has requested and received sealed bids for the Construction of Phase I of the Trenton Drain II and III 2015 GLO Flood Grant Project.  Hidalgo County Drainage District #1 prepared the specification packages and sealed bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on December 18, 2019.  After review, the Project Engineer has recommended Mor-Will LLC as the lowest responsible bidder of five (5) qualified bidders.
