The Urban County Program is requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No.1 to the Professional Engineering Material Testing Service Agreement with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. The original contract amount was $14,490.58 and will be increased by $2,322.65, for a total contract amount of $16,813.23, utilizing CDBG FY 28 (2015) La Joya Street Improvement funds. Also requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 2 for additional testing services. (Pending legal review)
BACKGROUND
Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. submitted supplemental agreement #1 to amend their Professional Engineering Material Testing Service Agreement for the La Joya -2017 Street Improvements Project. The amendment will allow for additional streets being tested, for the Street Improvements Project. (Attached for review is the Supplemental Professional Engineering Material Testing Services Agreement, Exhibits and Work Authorization No. 2 as reviewed by District Attorney’s office, Certificate of Insurance and HB 1295 Forms.
