BACKGROUND
Funding is being provided on a year-to year basis. This agenda item will cover the cash match portion for the year 2020. 20% cash match requirement for both grants.

Victim Unit Court Advocate Project (VUCAP) term is from 10-1-2019 to 9-30-2021, 24 months.
