BACKGROUND
As per TCEQ requirements, a buffer zone of 5 Acres of land is needed surrounding the City of La Villa Sewer Plant. Property to be acquired is North Capisallo District, Block 2190, 5. Acres, Hidalgo County Mile 17 N. Funding is from Pct. 1 City of La Villa-Water and Sewer Improvements Yr. 30 (2017) forfeited funds.
