2008 appropriation of funds for the Courthouse Security fund (1241) in the total amount of $5,058.00 to fund various R & M object codes and related equipment for Security Cameras.Available Fund Balance as of 1-24-08 for calendar year 2007 $17,121.56. Ending Balance as of 1-21-08 for calendar year 2007 expenditure report $41,998.39 (ending balance will close to fund balance at year end after period 13 closes).
Available Fund Balance as of 1-24-08 for calendar year 2008 (4,420.15). Net fund balance available for calendar year 2008 $54,699.80 after period 13 closes.
